Next Time Around - MR. BIG Reunion

From the March 2009 edition of the Burn magazine reported that Mr. legendary rock band. Big is scheduled to perform a reunion concert in Japan in mid-year. The occurrence of this reunion idea came from an accident while they were playing in LA until then tercetuslah idea to hold a reunion concert.

What's interesting about this reunion is the appearance of the initial formation of Mr. Big, whose members Billy Sheehan (bass), Eric Martin (vocals), Paul Gilbert (guitar), and Pat Torpey (drums). Richie Kotzen himself had reportedly taken part in this tour. Billy Sheehan in an interview just say that Mr. Big will appear with the initial formation when they begin a career. Formation of the band with Paul Gilbert on guitar is recognized as the formation of the most popular and eagerly awaited by fans after he resigned in 1997 and was replaced by Richie Kotzen 2 years later.

The reunion concert was held also for reasons to celebrate 20 years since the band was first released self-titled album which contains the legendary rock songs like Addicted To That Rush, Anything For You, Rock N 'Roll Over, and Take a Walk.

Japan was chosen as the host country a number of the concert because the country was regarded as the strongest mass bassist Mr. Big. Indeed, there are no plans whether the output from this concert will produce a DVD or not. But at least we should expect if there is a promoter in our country which are then attracted to their concert in Indonesia.
