"That the album, 'Give The Drummer Some', is out in February (the album 'Give The Drummer Some' will be out in February)," Travis wrote in his twitter account, twitter.com / travisbarker. Drummer for the band Blink-182, Travis Barker wanted to show his skill through his solo albums. Travis himself has also told the name of the album and the album's launch date through his personal account.
This drummer gives the title of his album 'Give The Drummer Some'. Not his own, he made many excellent musicians pick up on this album. As our reports from digitalspy, Wednesday (5 / 1), some musicians name that he get the cooperation, including Tom Morello, guitarist 'Rage Against The Machine', Chester Bennington, one of the Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor also BOB rapper, Snoop Dogg and Lil Wayne.
The entire album was produced by Travis Barker besides The Neptunes and DJ Khalil. The plan album 'Give The Drummer Some' will be released on February 22, 2011.
"Give the Drummer Some" is not a pop punk album at all. For all intents and purposes this is a hip-hop album that has a big rock influence. Since Travis Barker himself doesn’t rap or sing and since an instrumental album probably wouldn’t be all that interesting to most, these tracks all have guest appearances. The guests on this album are mostly rappers but after that they’re about as random as you can get, guests range from Kid Cudi to Tech N9ne to Lupe Fiasco.
